You represent that the products you order will be used solely for bona fide in vitro laboratory research and that you possess the training and equipment required to handle them safely.
2. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, medical devices, or veterinary products and are not approved for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any condition. You agree not to administer, ingest, inject, inhale, or apply the products to any human being or animal, and not to resell or transfer them to any party that may do so.
3. Compliance With Law
You are solely responsible for verifying that purchase, importation, storage, handling and use of the products are lawful in your jurisdiction, including all applicable customs, controlled-substance, biosafety, environmental and export-control rules. Orders may be refused or cancelled where prohibited.
4. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclusive of VAT, duties, or shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected non-research use.
5. Limited Warranty
Products are warranted only to meet the specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis at the time of delivery. No other warranty, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), is provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENELUVIÉ's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. GENELUVIÉ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GENELUVIÉ, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss or liability arising from your use, handling, storage or onward transfer of the products, or from your breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
