Dispatch
Orders received before 12:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day from our Geneva, Switzerland facility. Lyophilised peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs sufficient to preserve integrity in transit. All orders placed within the United Kingdom are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Delivery
- United Kingdom: 1–2 business days (tracked courier).
- Switzerland: 1–2 business days (tracked courier).
- European Union: 2–4 business days (tracked, DDP/DDU).
- Rest of world: 3–7 business days where lawful (tracked express).
Tracking information is emailed at dispatch. A signature is required on delivery. The buyer is responsible for ensuring someone competent is available to receive and refrigerate the shipment promptly.
Customs, Duties & Restricted Destinations
Import duties, VAT, customs taxes and all related customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority before delivery. We cannot ship to jurisdictions where importation of the requested compound is restricted. Orders to such destinations will be refunded.
Damage in Transit
Inspect shipments on arrival. Report any visible damage or temperature excursion within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace or refund verified transit-damage claims at no cost.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items. Because our packaging is not sufficiently tamper-proof to guarantee the integrity and safety of injectable products once they have left our facility, we are unable to resell or restock returned goods under any circumstances.
