Do GENELUVIÉ peptides require reconstitution?+
All our products at GENELUVIÉ are pre-mixed, so there is no need for reconstitution of our peptides.
How should I store and handle my pen?+
Keep out of the reach of children and only use the needles provided in the box. Store the pen in a refrigerator at +2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Do not freeze and protect from direct sunlight. Keep the GENELUVIÉ ready-mixed SensiPen™ capped at all times when not in use. This product preserves peak binding affinity for 6 months at room temperature; when kept in the refrigerator at +3 °C the ready-mixed SensiPen™ will preserve peak binding affinity for up to 2 years. Once opened, use within 3 months.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, where lawful. The buyer is responsible for verifying that importation is permitted in their jurisdiction and for any duties or VAT at destination.
Can I return a peptide if I change my mind?+
Unfortunately, no. Because our packaging is not sufficiently tamper-proof to guarantee the integrity and safety of injectable products once they have left our facility, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances — see Shipping & Returns.
