Are GENELUVIÉ products for human use?+
No. All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals and are not intended for human or animal use, diagnosis, or therapy.
What purity can I expect?+
Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis showing HPLC purity (typically ≥ 98%), mass-spectrometry identity confirmation, and endotoxin / residual-solvent screening where applicable.
How should lyophilised peptides be stored?+
Keep sealed vials at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to prevent atmospheric condensation on the peptide.
How do I reconstitute a peptide?+
Use bacteriostatic or sterile water for laboratory work. Add solvent slowly down the side of the vial, swirl gently — do not shake. Concentration should follow your research protocol.
How long is a reconstituted peptide stable?+
Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for 2–4 weeks at 2–8 °C. For longer storage, aliquot and freeze at −20 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
How are orders shipped?+
From the United Kingdom via tracked courier with insulated, cold-pack packaging. See Shipping & Returns for delivery windows and customs information.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, where lawful. The buyer is responsible for verifying that importation is permitted in their jurisdiction and for any duties or VAT at destination.
Can I return a peptide if I change my mind?+
For safety and regulatory reasons opened or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days — see Shipping & Returns.
Do you provide bulk or institutional pricing?+
Yes — contact us through the contact form with your institution, requested compound, quantity and intended research application.
